Training that leaves your people more capable, not just more informed
Hands-on instruction using the kind of work your team does every day. People leave able to use AI well on their own tasks, and knowing when not to use it.
What people learn
Every session is adapted to the audience. A church office staff, a manufacturing leadership team, and a school faculty need different examples. The core skills are the same:
- What AI can and cannot do. Where it is genuinely helpful, where it is confidently wrong, and why.
- How to give it context. Moving past one-line questions to requests that include audience, purpose, constraints, and examples.
- How to iterate. Asking follow-up questions, pushing back, and refining a draft instead of accepting the first answer.
- How to evaluate output. Checking facts, tone, completeness, and bias before anything is used.
- When a person must stay responsible. What should never go into an AI tool, and which tasks need expert review.
Formats
We will recommend a format based on your group’s size, comfort level, and goals.
Individual coaching
One-on-one sessions for a leader or key staff member, built around their own tasks. Useful for people who want to go further than their team, or who prefer to learn privately first.
Small-group workshops
A working session for a team, usually in person. Everyone brings real tasks, practices on them, and leaves with examples they can reuse.
Team, board, and conference sessions
Larger sessions for a whole staff, a board, a member association, or an event audience. More demonstration and discussion, still grounded in real work.
Live online training
The same practical approach, delivered live by video for teams outside Northeast Ohio or spread across locations.
What people leave with
Not just a slide deck. Depending on the session, participants may leave with worked examples from their own tasks, a short set of reusable request templates, a one-page summary of your organization’s data rules, and a clear idea of who to ask when they are unsure.
For leaders, we can follow a session with a short debrief on what we heard: where the team is confident, where it is nervous, and which workflows came up again and again.
Good to know
- Sessions are scheduled directly with your organization. There is no public class calendar at this time.
- Mixed skill levels are normal. We plan for the most hesitant person in the room.
- We can work with the tools you already have, whether that is ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or something else.
- Speaking and facilitated sessions for events are available. Email us with the date and audience.
Planning a workshop or staff session?
Tell us who will be in the room, what they do, and what you hope changes afterward. We will suggest a format and talk through what the session would cover.
Not a technical demo or a high-pressure sales call. It is a conversation, not a formal assessment or a custom plan.
